Patients answer questions on their current symptoms, treatments, cost of therapies and more. Patients can complete the interactive tool and share results with their allergists.
Aninstructional videothat walks allergists through the shared decision-making process and gives tips on how to discuss treatment options so patients can make a decision that is a good fit for their values and concerns.
