The Anaheim Ducks are a professional ice hockey team based in Anaheim, California. The park highlights two impressive historic homes that have been favorite school field trip destinations for nearly 50 years. The 1857 Mother Colony House is one of Anaheim's earliest homes. The Woelke-Stoffel House is a two-story Queen Anne home built in 1894 during Anaheim's citrus era. Visitors will enjoy expansive shade from the heritage Moreton Bay Fig tree while exploring park walkways and trails through a recreated 19th century landscape.
Jack Norworth Memorial Marker
Melrose Abbey Cemetery, 2303 S. Manchester Ave., Anaheim, CA
Jack Norworth, the lyricist for the 1908 American baseball anthem, “Take Me Out To The Ball Game,” died in 1959 and was buried half a mile from where Angel Stadium would be built in 1966, at the Melrose Abbey Cemetery in Anaheim, Calif. In the hopes of saving a little piece of history and recognizing this man, concerned fans got together in 2010 and built a memorial for Norworth near the gravesite. A large piece of black granite now stands about 100 feet from his headstone, with a photo of the songwriter, and the lyrics to his beloved song.

Oak Canyon Nature Center

Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park nestled in the Anaheim Hills. A year-round stream meanders through the park. Consisting of three adjoining canyons, four miles of hiking trails traverse one of the few remaining areas of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub in our region. Native wildlife makes the canyon their home and is just waiting to be discovered. Also located on site is the John J. Collier Interpretive Center, a small museum with live animals and regional natural history exhibits.
Ralph B. Clark Regional Park

Recreational activities include large, shaded picnic areas, hiking and biking trails, and children's playground areas. Team sports enthusiasts can enjoy spacious play areas, including two sand volleyball courts, three softball fields and a baseball diamond. Four tennis courts are located within the park and an amphitheater that overlooks the lake, is perfect for outdoor plays and recreation programs. The Interpretive Center contains a paleontology museum that provides an educational view of prehistoric Orange County through exhibits, programs, and guided tours. Also, the opportunity is provided to watch scientists and volunteers excavate and prepare fossil specimens for study and educational exhibits.

Seascape is a facility meant to tire out your children so you can peacefully explore the rest of Anaheim. There are ball pits and pizza pies for everyone, and the only downside is that you may be too big to have fun as well! Watching the children in your group jump around the bouncy house or slide down the huge tunnels over and over again is worth every second. Before you venture over to Seascape, however, don’t forget to wear socks, as they are required to enter the play areas, and please have everyone who is participating dressed in pants to avoid friction burn on your way down the rubber slide.
Yorba Regional Park
